Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you receive incorrect or expired products, we offer a hassle-free return process. Simply contact our customer care team within seven days of receiving the products. In the event of damaged/missing products, please raise a return/replacement request within two days from the date of delivery.
Step 1: Contact us within the specified timeframe.
Step 2: Allow us two working days to review your return request.
Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the products from your location.
Step 4: If our reverse pick-up service is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product using a reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges via UPI
Step 5: Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly, depending on stock availability.
Under what conditions can I return/replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered (physical damage/tampered product or packaging)
- Incomplete order
- Missing products
Under what conditions will return/replacement requests not be accepted?
- Opened/used/altered products
- Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
- Return/replacement requests generated after seven days from the date of delivery
- Damaged/missing product reported after two days from the date of delivery
How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will collect the item within 5-7 business days after receiving your return request. The product undergoes quality control at our warehouse. Upon passing inspection, a refund is initiated.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change. You can cancel your order within seven days of placing it. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return as per our return policy.
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed under the following circumstances:
- Order cancellation before shipment
- Product unavailability
- Return to Origin of prepaid orders

Replacement Process:
We offer easy replacements for the following conditions reported within 24 hours of receiving the order:
- Wrong product received or expired product
- Receipt of an incomplete order
- Receipt of a damaged product
- Package shows delivered but is missing
Terms & Conditions:
- Products must be returned within seven days of receipt, with less than 1/3rd of the product used and in the original packaging.
- Partially returned kits will not be accepted.
- Promotion codes are not refundable.
- We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for gifts with purchase.
- Sample products are final sale.
- Returns/exchanges are only accepted for orders placed on www.olifair.com.
Dispute Resolution:
All issues and disputes must be raised within seven days of receipt of your order. We aim to resolve queries within 48 hours. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Madras High Court.
